why does Windows Vista not install VMware Tools on sixteen.x.ten?

this ane question always bugs me every time; why does it happen?
it's kinda dizzy to ban an operating system from a package released by a hypervisor plan to go the full experience.. (not actually empty-headed for pre-95)

Because Windows Vista officially lost support on April 11, 2017. No new applications (well, or almost none) will stand up on information technology...

Windows XP lost support on April 8th 2014 and VMWare tools still install there.

VMware Tools tin can still exist installed on Windows 2000 with SP4 (you need KB835732 or Update Rollup i)

Actually you lot can install VMware Workstation 16 on Windows 7 (and probably Windows Server 2008 R2) by using this modified installer: https://mega.nz/binder/5LoC1ToZ#n7PLcTJAxsMX4cOpZYanww

Offtopic Comment

But I still prefer VMware Workstation fifteen.5 as it is even so has proper support for Vista/Server 2008 and VMware Workstation 11 as it is can withal properly run Aero on Vista 5098-5284
