How To Add Mandarin Keyboard Windows 10
Hello,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
In order to resolve this issue follow these steps:
- In the Cortana box blazon 'Region'.
- Click on 'Region and Language Settings'.
- Click on 'Add a Language'.
- From the list of languages select Chinese Simplified.
- Select Chinese (Simplified, China).
- Click on Language pack available.
- Click on Options button.
- Wait for Download to complete.
- Under Keyboards click on Add together a keyboard
- Click on Microsoft Pinyin Input method editor and cull the language editor of your choice.

my Keyboard is German language. Equally I change to Microsoft Pinyin, printing cardinal "z", only react as "y". In Window eight, I can utilise regedit to change KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Organization\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts from kbdUS.dll to kbdGR.dll, but in Windows 10, it did not piece of work.

Thank you but sorry, your suggestion doesn't piece of work. I work in WINDOWS with German, there is an option for choose Keyboards of Deutsch QWERTZ for High german, only no such pick for MS Pinyin.

This was a helpful respond in general, very helpful for simplified Chinese pinyin input, but the question was actually to get a Traditional Chinese PINYIN input (I donwloaded the Taiwanese traditional mandarin, but information technology is a bopomofo keyboard, which I can't use)
Then the question that remains is how tin I install (or find) a "traditional standard mandarin pinyin input'?

This was a helpful reply in full general, very helpful for simplified Chinese pinyin input, but the question was actually to get a Traditional Chinese PINYIN input (I donwloaded the Taiwanese traditional standard mandarin, only it is a bopomofo keyboard, which I can't apply)
So the question that remains is how tin I install (or find) a "traditional mandarin pinyin input'?
In answer to my own question...
Afterwards a chip more looking around I establish out that under the simplified language pack, after installing the keyboard in that location is a choice of simplified or traditional character sets (then the proper name simplified language pack is a tad misleading)
Hope this helps anyone who had the aforementioned issues.

Yes, you lot are right on your function that in Windows x you lot have to select between the tradition and simplified fix of characters under the simplified language pack. Cheers for your contribution in providing a solution of the issue.

- Click on Linguistic communication pack available.
- Click on Options button.
- Wait for Download to consummate.
- Under Keyboards click on Add a keyboard
- Click on Microsoft Pinyin Input method editor and choose the linguistic communication editor of your choice.

What y'all need to do is click on Options in 中文（中華人民共和國）afterwards you have added the language. And so click on Microsoft Pinyin, and click on its Options. Then choose "Traditional Chinese" in the Character set.
